Dr. Stassi, known as Nastassia N. Jones, Ph.D., is an adventurer and educator. Like many people, I have spent most of my adult life far away from home so I have relied on discovering my passions to fuel my diverse interests. My passion is three-fold and are all connected to my commitment to lifelong learning and teaching, and this website is dedicated to all three.
My professional focus is STEM education and on those pages I share my research interests related to STEM teaching and learning, undergraduate STEM education, teacher education, and evidence-based in-service teacher professional development, as well as current projects.
My personal focus is on discovering new adventures and becoming a healthier me. On my FITNESS/NUTRITION pages you will find excerpts of my journey to reach specific fitness goals and tips that I’ve learned along the way to transform my plate.
