Making Room: A Lenten Journey of Presence, Prayer & Practice
Making Room is a 40-day guided Lenten journey designed to help you slow down, listen deeply, and create space for God’s transforming work—in your body, your breath, and your daily life.
Rooted in the scripture “Be still, and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10), this program weaves together gentle yoga, prayer, scripture, meditation, and reflective writing to support a season of intentional presence rather than striving. Each day invites you to pause, reflect, and make room for what God may be revealing.
Throughout Lent, you will receive:
- Short daily scripture readings with guided reflections and writing prompts (Monday–Saturday)
- Brief meditations designed to support stillness, breath awareness, and spiritual attentiveness
- Gentle, beginner-friendly yoga practices offered on Mondays and Wednesdays
- A live Saturday practice with replay available for flexible participation
- Weekly themes that guide the journey from awareness and stillness toward listening, surrender, and renewal
This is not a program about doing more or getting it right.
It is an invitation to show up as you are, to move gently, to rest deeply, and to trust that God meets you in the quiet.
No prior yoga experience is needed. All practices are accessible, adaptable, and designed to be replay-friendly. Sundays are intentionally left open for rest and worship.
Whether you are new to embodied prayer or continuing a long-standing spiritual practice, Making Room offers a supportive rhythm for walking through Lent with intention, grace, and presence—making space for transformation that lasts beyond the season.
