Move Gently. Breathe Deeply. Come Back to Yourself.
Dr. Stassi Wellness is a space to slow down — on purpose.

It’s where high-capacity women, educators, leaders, and everyday humans (who are holding a lot) can exhale. Where movement is accessible. Where stillness is not awkward. And where you don’t have to “be good at yoga” to belong.
This isn’t about touching your toes.
It’s about reconnecting to yourself — without pressure, performance, or perfection.
My Approach
I know what it feels like to carry responsibility in your mind all day long. Research. Teaching. Leading. Planning. Showing up for everyone else.
Yoga became my reset button.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and beginner-friendly. I guide slow transitions, simple poses, and long pauses — because sometimes what we really need is permission to move at a human pace.
In every offering, you can expect:
- Grounding, steady movement
- Space to breathe without rushing
- Inclusive language for real bodies
- A tone rooted in compassion — not correction
If you’ve ever thought, “Yoga probably isn’t for me,” you are exactly who I’m thinking about.

Faith-Informed Wellness (With Room to Breathe)
My wellness practice is grounded in my Christian faith. For me, faith is an anchor — not a megaphone.
It shows up as love. As inclusion. As care. As grace.
You do not need to share my beliefs to participate. You simply need to show up open to slowing down.
Who This Is For
This space is especially supportive for:
- Educators and leaders who give a lot
- Women learning to rest without guilt

Why Embodiment Matters
We live in our heads most of the day.
Embodied practice brings us back into our bodies — where breath slows, shoulders drop, and perspective returns.
You don’t have to overhaul your life.
Sometimes sustainable change begins with one slow inhale.
And maybe a really good stretch.
